Throw Hands uses boxing to as a vehicle to improve fitness and strength and to empower athletes. Classes include technique, conditioning, and core work, for a powerful and fun workout! Classes are coached by long-time TJ’s Gym athlete and Irish Boxing National Champion, Paul Hughes. Our Throw Hands for Teen Girls classes include the same great workouts plus a little extra dose of girl power and camaraderie!
