The newest of our TJ’s Gym fitness offerings, Throw Hands uses boxing to as a vehicle to improve fitness and strength and to empower athletes. Classes include technique, conditioning, and core work, for a powerful and fun workout! Classes are coached by long-time TJ’s Gym athlete and Irish Boxing National Champion, Paul Hughes.

Throw Hands classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00PM at our San Rafael Location, beginning January 8th, 2019.
