SUMMER 2025 SMALL GROUP TEEN TRAINING STARTS JUNE 24!

These aren't classes. Each session is individually designed to meet teens where they are and help them build strength, confidence, and athleticism.

We know summer schedules can be unpredictable, so we’ve made pricing flexible. There's no need to commit to the full session up front.

Sessions run Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM from June 24th to August 14th. All levels are welcome, whether your teen is just starting out or is looking to stay sharp for their sport.

Here's how it works: if one teen shows up, the price for the hour training session is $160. If two teens show up, it's $90 each. If 3 teens show up, it's $60 each, and if 4 or more show up on any given day, the price per teen is $50. We keep a credit card on file and charge according to attendance each session. Given summer schedules, we anticipate low numbers each session.

If your teen is new to TJ's Gym, please complete our online waiver in advance of their attendance. We also need a credit card on file. Completing the waiver will set up your account in our system, and you can then upload VISA or Mastercard information at this link. Please don't send your teen until both of these steps have been completed!

At TJ’s Gym, our youth athletes experience camaraderie and team-building in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment. Coach-to-athlete ratios are optimized for individual instruction and attention. While our program is great for developing assets applicable to sports performance, teens who are not on a formal sports team are welcome, and many of our clients even consider TJ's their sport.

Our teen strength-and-conditioning program includes cardiovascular training through running, rowing, and jumping rope; speed and agility training through plyometrics, jumping on boxes, footwork drills, and more; core strength and competency in body-weight movements through pull-ups, pushups, and ring work; and strength development using weight training and other resistance work. We prioritize proper movement mechanics to optimize safety and efficiency in our athletes. Our emphasis is on overall strength and conditioning for all athletes, as opposed to specialized, sport-specific instruction. However, upon request, we also work with teams and individuals for focused, sport-specific training for optimal performance.
