Our Legends Program is designed to address the needs of aging athletes. This unique curriculum helps individuals create a solid base of fitness, build upon an existing foundation of fitness, gain capacity for activities outside of the gym, and rehab/prehab injuries and ailments. We include work on strength, balance, mobility, stamina, and general functional life movements, at a pace and intensity tailored individually to each participant. We are passionate about the development of this program and the truly life-changing possibilities involved when people incorporate an intelligent movement and fitness practice into their lifestyle. This course is taught by our most senior instructors, who have a depth of experience working with athletes 60+.
