We are thrilled to welcome Rob to our coaching staff. He’s super sincere, a great people person, and knows his technical stuff, too. He’s in the Coast Guard, and we are excited that he has time to be part of our community, as well. Please give him a huge welcome when you see him at the gyms!

ANNOUNCEMENTS:


THE 2019 CROSSFIT™ OPEN IS here! First workout will be announced on THursday, February 21st!

OUR GYM-GYM-GYM COMPETITION IS BACK! This is a great way to engage with your community and get excited about pushing yourself a little harder for a few weeks.

Each week, each gym will choose a “Prescribed (Rx)” athlete and a scaled athletes to go head-to head-to head, competing to be the Champ of the week. Our infamous pink winner’s belt is back and ready to find a home each week.

The Open workouts will be scheduled as our class workouts each Saturday. We will post a scheduling tool via Facebook group or email, where you can sign up for a time to do your workout and be judged.

We will post more details soon, regarding scoring and special honors, including community spirit.

Go to games.crossfit.com and either login to your existing account or create a new Games Site account.

Confirm your current information (if you already had a profile) or fill out your new information. You will choose CrossFit San Rafael, CrossFit Mill Valley or CrossFit Corte Madera.

Under the hashtag box add tjsgymsanrafael, tjsgymmillvalley, or tjsgymcortemadera, depending on the team you will represent.

“Throw Hands” BOxING Session NUMBER Two started on February 5th! Join us!

Our second session of Throw Hands boxing and fitness is underway! We prorate, so you can start any time. Join Coach Paul, and have a blast getting fit through boxing!  Email jessica@tjsgym.com with any questions.
