Personalized Program. Group Motivation

Experience all the benefits of personal training at less than half the cost with our semi-private sessions. You’ll train in a small group of just 2–6 people, while still receiving a fully personalized workout program designed and coached by one of our expert trainers.

  2. Schedule (initial):

    • Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00am, 11:00am, 3:00pm

    • Friday: 4:00pm

    • Saturday: 9:30am

    • Sunday: 10:00am

  3. Pricing (per person, per class):

    • 2 people: $90 each

    • 3 people: $60 each

    • 4–6 people: $50 each
