You and me.

We’re going to sit down together this year.

I want to hear about your frustrations. I want to hear what inspires you. I want to hear how you feel what you think.

Then I’m going to ask you two questions.

What’s the goal?  How can I help?

And I can’t wait.

Email me jessica@tjsgym.com to schedule an appointment, or grab me at the gym.

TJ's Gym Athletes of the Year

Each year, we recognize members of our community for being examples of what we stand for and strive to represent at TJ's Gym. Honorees typically share the following: consistency in gym attendance and workouts, no matter their level of fitness/skill; commitment to our community and the relationships formed within it; and concern for the success of TJ's Gym as it relates to the health, wellness, and prosperity of our staff and members. They are also the kind of people others want to hang around. To say our pool of amazing people is deep and vast is a massive understatement, and we could easily honor 50 athletes of the year every year. But we do our best each year to highlight some of the key players. This year, we've been announcing (surprising) Athletes of the Year in person at the gyms, and we haven't quite finished doing so, but so far, here are your 2017 TJ's Gym Athletes of the Year:

Corte Madera: Samantha Pinney and Brendhan Green

Mill Valley: Luke Maher and Chris Ford

San Rafael: Glen Galaich

We're coming back for you, San Rafael! Be ready! Meanwhile, congratulations to all of you, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for representing all that makes the TJ's Family so special.

In other news, we welcome NEW COACH, KYLE BAKKEN! We will give you more info on Kyle's background soon, but for now, we welcome back this former TJ’s coach to our coaching staff and are super psyched about his return to the Bay Area and to our staff.  He comes to us with a ton of experience coaching and guiding people in fitness and life goals, and we hope you'll give him a warm welcome when you see him coaching in the gyms.  We feel sure you'll agree that he's an awesome addition to our wonderful staff.
