We welcome visitors with at least three months of formal CrossFit experience to drop in to our classes. 

Please follow these steps in order to participate:

 
  1. Fill out our online waiver.

  2. Go here to purchase a drop-in. If you’re new to our system, you will need to create a log-in to access your profile. Otherwise, just sign in, and your profile will show up with the checkout option.

  3. Email jessica@tjsgym.com to say when and where you'd like to drop in. If you will be in town for an extended visit, we can arrange for a you to purchase a pack of classes ahead of time.

  4. Show up to class a few minutes early, and introduce yourself to the coach.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR DROP-IN, so please PURCHASE ONLINE PRIOR TO THE CLASS!
