We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Teen Small Group Strength Training Program at TJ’s Gym!
This program is designed specifically for teen athletes and active teens, ages 12-16, who want to build strength, confidence, and proper movement skills in a safe, structured environment—led by expert coaches who know how to make training both effective and fun.
Build Strength. Build Confidence. Build Lifelong Fitness.
Our Teen Small Group Program combines the personalized approach of personal training with the motivation and camaraderie of training in a small group of 2–6 participants.
Why This Program Works
- Smaller Groups, Better Coaching – Each athlete gets individual attention and real-time feedback.
- Progressive Programming – Every 8 weeks, programs are refreshed to ensure continued progress and proper technique.
- Motivating Environment – Teens train with peers who share their goals, building confidence, discipline, and community.
- This is Not a Class!- Workouts are individually designed for the teens experience, goals and ability.
