Our 12-week Teen Small Group Training Program is designed to give you the confidence, skills, and foundational knowledge necessary to perform your best at your sport and stay fit for life.
What You Get
Expert Coaching: Learn directly from me, TJ, a coach with over 30 years of experience working with young athletes.
Focused Training: Two sessions per week (Monday + Wednesday at 4 PM).
Open Gym Access: Fridays 4 - 6pm & Saturday 9 - 11:30am
Personalized Nutrition & Health Mentorship: Fuel your body the right way to gain lean mass while losing fat.
Personalized Training Plan: In addition to our Tuesday and Thursday workouts, I’ll share one additional workout per week with you via the TrueCoach app that you can do during open gym hours.

We provide measurable results by testing your trap bar deadlift, bench press, and squat in week one, and then retest after 12 weeks to see how far you’ve progressed.
