Our TJ's Gym Bootcamp classes are designed for people who want to get fitter but aren't interested in barbells and complex weightlifting movements. This super high-energy class combines accessible strength training with lots of conditioning and BUZZ! No experience necessary, and no intro needed. Just show up and GET FIT! Your first class is free, we offer flexible pricing options (as low as $20/class), and we require no long-term commitments!
