WEEKLY NEWS FROM TJ's Gym
Message from TJ:
I want to thank everyone who made it to the holiday party on Saturday night. The holiday party is a small gift to this community, to thank everyone for trusting in our vision, which is to help people, year in and year out. We've been doing it in this space, in this form, since 2002, and it's a gift to be able to share in your lives over time. If you couldn't make it but reached out, I appreciate that, too, and we hope to see you next year.
At the party, I was able to have both serious conversations and full belly laughs with some who have been part of our TJ's community for 15 years and others more like 15 weeks. You are a stellar crew who make the owners and staff push ourselves to the highest level possible in providing not only a service but also a connection. We are driven to continue our hard work and to do even better in 2018 and every year moving forward. Thank you, and I hope your holiday season is as full of joy as ours was last night.

There's still time to join the Holiday Accountability Plan! You might be a week behind, but you can still jump in and make the most of a positive lifestyle during the holiday season.
The program includes daily point tracking on a self-scored leaderboard, tips and tricks to take care of yourself through the holidays, and the TJ’s camaraderie and community to keep you going. Read more...
Young soccer players can learn from the best, and it's for a great cause! Professional soccer players, Tristan and Travis Bowen, have played for the LA Galaxy and numerous teams in Europe. They will run the clinic, which will help soccer players improve juggling and ball-control skills. We will divide kids into small groups based on skill/age level.
Our TEEN HOLIDAY SESSION will began on Monday, December 11th. All classes currently on the schedule will remain, and the session will last for two weeks. Read more...
