The Barbell Club at TJ's Gym is a great way to develop your Olympic weightlifting skills and to develop strength and explosiveness for fitness pursuits outside of the gym. Workouts at the Barbell Club will allow you to focus on the development of technique, strength, and power in the Olympic lifts. Enjoy the camaraderie of lifting with your peers in a safe, educational, and supportive environment. We welcome all athletes to our Barbell Club, from novices to seasoned lifters.
