CrossFit Kids
TJ's Kids is our CrossFit Kids program. We run classes for kids ages 4-10.  11-year-olds can usually join
our TEAM program.  During these 30-minute classes, children squat, push, pull, throw, run, jump, crawl, row,
and do all sorts of movements in mechnically correct ways.  Each class includes refined instruction in at least
one elemental movement, a game, and a critical component for improved overall fitness.  These classes are
high-energy and demanding but always fun!
