Jessica Woodall
Jessica Woodall, a Marin Native, has always had a passion for
working with young people.  She discovered early on that she
needed to be around kids as she grew, so she found jobs as a
teacher's assistant or camp counselor at sports camps, or a
dance teacher or volleyball coach.

Unlike her parents, both of whom are educators, Jessica took the
9-5 route and works at Citibank.  However, she has found a way
to pursue her passion for kids and sports via TJ's Gym.  Now
she's a bank manager by week  and CrossFit Kid’s coach by
weekend.

Jessica looks forward to each time she gets to step in the gym
and work with kids, helping them develop health and fitness
habits for the long haul. Jessica has been intrigued and amazed
by the development of the kids and how rapidly so many
progress with their movement competency.  A passionate
CrossFit competitor, herself, Jess' interest is not just with the
younger set, so you will often find her caoching adult classes, as
well.
Jessica hold a Crossfit Level One Certification and a CrossFit Kids certification. She  competed at the 2010 CrossFit
Games as part of TJ's Gym affiliate team, and she recently competed as part of the TJ's Gym NorCal Regional
Championship Team in May, 2011, one of the biggest thrills of her athletic career.
Jessica holds a BA in International Management, emphasis in Global Finance, and a minor in Sports Management from
Dominican University of California, where she played  volleyball and basketball.
